I want to clarify - for what its worth - that my abuse towards my family is never, has never been, nor ever will be physical abuse.
My reading at Men’s line clarified that this type of verbal threatening intimidation is nonetheless abusive has clarified this for me - I have in fact been abusing my family, each time I have one of my screams/yelly rants.
I post this distinction/denial for the record - I don’t expect anyone to believe it. In any case, people will have already formed their views about what kind of threat they think my family lives under.
